My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room had a strong smell of pot, which required multiple treatments before it was tolerable. The temperature was uncomfortably hot, but the room was clean and had convenient amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee machine. However, there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The service was accommodating and quick to respond, but not very friendly or professional. The location was great for exploring nearby attractions, but there were noise issues from other guests. The dining options were limited, but the cream cakes were a standout. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
